Third generation Tyre Pressure Monitoring Systems (TPMS) – part of the EC project “Intelligent Car”

TPMS systems monitor the parameters of tires constantly and by any problem immediately inform the driver of the vehicle.

Along with the safety of the car, the TPMS systems also help to reduce fuel consumption. By the fall of tire pressure below the average, the fuel consumption is automatically increased by 2 percent and the tire life by 25%. These figures result to: 20 million liters, unnecessary fuel consumption, 2 million tons CO2 in the atmosphere and the loss of 200 million tires.

Implementation of TPMS systems in cars will not only reduce emissions of CO2 emitted into the atmosphere from cars, but will also save around 4000 lives in Europe each year.

TPMS system is also a part of the “Intelligent car” initiative of the European Commission, which aims to improve road safety through the introduction of intelligent integrated safety systems.

On the Bulgarian market is extremely expensive to be put a TPMS in a car that was purchased without such one. Deploying unit managing electronic sensors, features to form the rim, and structural failure in some cars to put this type of system are only some of the problems associated with the installation of TPMS system in the car.

Systems that are offered as a factory extra to the vehicle, often use indirect methods for measuring the pressure, which in turn leads to inaccuracies and in some cases to unwarranted alarms. The TPMS systems which we offer are third-generation ones! Their precision and accuracy in pressure measurement are unconditional and their installation requires just a couple of minutes! There are no restrictions on the model, series or type of wheels.
